Balance benches are made from 10.5 in. wide hard Canadian Maple and measure 14 in. high. Flip it over, and the bench becomes a balance beam. The benches come with steel, wood, or aluminum legs. Steel legs come with plastic plug inserts to protect floors, wood legs have plastic molded feet, and aluminum legs come with rubber bumpers. The lengths and leg materials of the benches vary: 10' steel leg balance bench, 12' steel leg balance bench, 10' wood leg balance bench, 12' wood leg balance bench, 10' aluminum leg balance bench, and 12 ft. aluminum leg balance bench.
